The HMC Sports Car is an evocative replica of the classic Healey Sports Car but with all the advantages of modern engineering and refinement. The HMC marque is internationally recognised as one of the finest reproduction motor cars hand-built today. Available in three options, each car is built specifically to customer requirements. 1) Lightweight Open Sports Roadster V8. 2) Convertible Mk IV V8 and 3) Convertible Mk IV SE V8. Prices range from £27,970 to £45,000. Around 60 cars are scheduled to be delivered in the UK during 1999 and a similar number will be ordered from overseas including Japan. Right-hand drive cars have been available since 1995, and for the previous 10 years virtually all the cars built went to Germany in left-hand drive form. HMC have been building these fabulous sports cars since 1985 in Stroud, Glos UK. The UK and Northern Ireland distributor is All Electric Garages Group plc of Birmingham UK. All Electric are also currently setting up a UK distribution network of Sales and Service Agents. Every pre-owned HMC that becomes available throughout the UK is very desirable with an extremely high residual value. Several cars have exceeded 100,000 miles and have still been in excellent condition. Parts for the HMC range are usually available on 24 hr turnaround. Obviously some trim parts take longer as they are totally hand-made. Servicing for the HMC is extremely simple and requires very little specialist equipment to maintain these vehicles in pristine condition. Insurance is available through a choice of three recommended brokers, all of whom use Norwich Union or Commercial Union. Most customers with a good no-claims bonus are paying c. £500.00 per annum. This obviously varies considerably on post-code and driver's record. Warranty on a new HMC is 12 months or 18,000 miles, however extended warranties of up to two additional years and 100,000 miles are available from £350.00. All Electric and its dealer network always have demonstrator cars for your inspection and trial, either at the dealer premises or at a mutually agreed location. Part-exchanges against new and used HMC ( when we can get them!) are welcomed.
